The January meeting will Mt. Carmel Community on January 21st at 6:30 pm. Mt Carmel Community is located at 3505 Boone Rd, Benton, AR 72015.
Dr. Ben Pittman from Natural State Health Center in Little Rock will be speaking.
This will be a pot-luck. New members attending for the first time can just bring themselves.
The Striders are proud to announce that the Benton Parks and Recreation department is going to be partnering with us in 2014 to promote running and fitness in Saline County!
This Saturday, the 21st we will have the December group run at Hurricane Lake Estates starting at 10 am.
We’ll meet at the marina if it’s open otherwise the guard shack out front.
We will eat afterwards again, the restaurant of choice will be by vote at the end of the run.
Start 2014 running with the Striders you love. Run as much as you want, or as little as you want, walk, or just hang out and have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Hot beverages are on Sassy–just bring a coffee mug. Dogs and kiddos welcome too.
Sunset Lake in Benton, starting at noon on January 1.
December 17th at the Civitan Center located at 121 Cox st in Benton at 6:30 pm.
This party is being catered except for desserts, so you are welcome to bring a dessert.
Also, if you want to play Dirty Santa, bring a $10-15 runner gift. Gifts should be running related.

The program will feature safety products from Go! Running, Road ID, and P.S. Products for National Running Safety Month, which is November.
